TAIT is Hiring: Freelance Event Producer in Riyadh

TAIT, the global live-event production powerhouse behind experiences for Taylor Swift, Cirque du Soleil, the Olympics, and NASA, is opening applications for Event Producer jobs in Riyadh as it builds out its regional freelance Producer roster. With more than 45 years shaping culture-defining, never-before-seen experiences across 20 global offices in 30+ countries, TAIT wants Riyadh-based producers ready for short- and long-term freelance contracts.

Position Overview

This isn’t a single role or fixed contract — it’s an open call for Riyadh-based freelance Producers to join TAIT’s roster for upcoming short- and long-term engagements. Producers provide day-to-day management of live event projects, overseeing timelines, staffing, creative direction, onsite logistics, show management, and guest experience, while supporting senior staff and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects end-to-end, empowering the wider team to lead on departmental details
• Liaise between clients, internal teams, and event partners to keep projects on time and on budget
• Balance time across larger projects, smaller engagements, and internal pitches
• Translate a client’s vision into creative concepts and clear plans of action
• Manage expectations across clients, venues, and internal stakeholders, anticipating challenges before they arise
• Oversee communication strategy, ground plans, show documents, onsite security, logistics, transport, and catering
• Own budgets ranging from $150,000 to $5 million+ and report on efficiencies and feasibility
• Work with the staffing team to outline and fill project roles within budget

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in live events, entertainment, theatre, or production
• Experience preparing and managing budgets while maintaining profit margins
• Proficiency in Keynote, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
• Familiarity with project tools such as Slack, Box, Airtable, Asana, or Concur
• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
