Do you have a passion for hospitality and a talent for building client relationships and coordinating flawless events? Hilton is looking for a Groups and Events Coordinator to join its Sales team in Saudi Arabia, on a full-time, on-site basis.

About the Role

As a Group, Conference and Events (GCE) Sales Coordinator, you won’t just secure and coordinate bookings — you’ll spread the light and warmth of hospitality, delivering memorable experiences from the first inquiry through event execution.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to inquiries and close sales for meetings and group bookings (roughly 10–50 rooms), including meeting space, F&B, and ancillary services
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, proposal writing, and tailored sales strategies
• Conduct site inspections and hotel tours that showcase the property’s spaces and services
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients and vendors
• Own the client relationship from contract to event execution — coordinating room blocks, F&B, billing, and more
• Keep booking systems and event documentation (BEOs, group resumes, menus, diagrams, post-event reports) accurate and up to date
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams for a seamless handoff from sales to service
