Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is hiring a Ceremonies & Infotainment Specialist in Riyadh, one of the more high-profile ceremonies specialist jobs in Riyadh to surface this month. The Dubai-headquartered events staffing and human capital specialist, active across the GCC and MENA region since 2019, is building out a site-based team to support the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and stadium entertainment for a major international sporting event hosted in the Kingdom.
Position Overview: Ceremonies Specialist Jobs in Riyadh
This is a contract position running from September/October 2026 through 15 February 2027, based on-site in Riyadh. The Ceremonies & Infotainment Specialist will support the planning and live delivery of ceremonies and match-day entertainment across multiple venues, working alongside creative agencies, production partners and broadcast teams to deliver a world-class fan experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of Opening and Closing Ceremonies
Assist in developing show flows, scripts, running orders and cue sheets
Coordinate with creative agencies, production partners, performers and technical suppliers
Oversee rehearsals, technical runs and live show-day execution support
Manage match-day entertainment, including pre-match, halftime and trophy or victory ceremonies
Ensure consistency of stadium infotainment and match presentation standards across venues
Collaborate with broadcast, competition, marketing and commercial teams
Supervise MCs, performers, content operators and entertainment crews
Ensure brand alignment, cultural authenticity and protocol compliance
Support operational planning, accreditation coordination and access management
Identify risks and implement contingency measures to safeguard live delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, Performing Arts, Sports Management or a related field
Experience in large-scale live events, ceremonies or stadium entertainment
Experience supporting international sporting events or multi-venue tournaments
Strong knowledge of live event production and broadcast-integrated environments
Experience managing creative agencies and production suppliers
Strong stakeholder coordination and project management skills
Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, high-profile environments
Fluency in Arabic and English
