Position Overview

The Tamheer Trainee – Event Specialist joins Jamjoom Pharma’s Event Management team to develop hands-on experience managing events end-to-end, from planning through post-event evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and progressively manage small-to-medium events
• Develop event plans, timelines, and checklists
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and external suppliers
• Manage quotations, logistics, budgets, and PO follow-ups
• Support or lead on-site event execution and resolve operational issues
• Complete post-event evaluation, reporting, and financial closure

Qualifications

• Must meet Tamheer program requirements
• Resident in Jeddah
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Not registered in GOSI during the last six months
