Position Overview: Banquet Manager Job in Saudi Arabia

As Banquet Manager, you will lead the daily execution of all banquet functions, overseeing everything from event setup to breakdown while ensuring every guest experience reflects Hilton’s hospitality standards. This full-time, on-site role covers a wide range of event types, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute banquet events including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas
• Oversee function room setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards
• Communicate event specifications and updates across Food and Beverage, Event Services, Property Operations, Audio Visual, and Housekeeping teams
• Oversee event breakdown and ensure equipment is stored correctly for the next event
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, and provide coaching
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations

Qualifications

• Prior experience in banquet or event operations within a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Ability to manage multiple events and cross-functional teams simultaneously
• Commitment to guest service and hospitality standards
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in food and beverage service
