Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is recruiting on behalf of a global live entertainment, ceremonies, broadcast, and event management company founded in London in 1997. The client has produced some of the world’s most high-profile live events, award shows, ceremonies, concerts, and televised specials, and is now building its on-ground team in Riyadh for an upcoming production running from 6 September to 5 November 2026.

Position Overview

The Operations Runner will support day-to-day event operations by coordinating logistics, deliveries, errands, and on-ground requests, helping ensure smooth execution across the full production window. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on solving problems in real time and keeping a live production moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle operational errands and urgent requests
• Coordinate movement of materials, equipment, and documents
• Support event teams with on-site logistics and setup activities
• Assist with staff, vendor, and stakeholder coordination
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in events, hospitality, logistics, or operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required
• A KSA driving license is a plus
