LeadersSoft is Hiring: 3D Graphic Designer – Event Management in Riyadh

LeadersSoft is building out its event management team and is looking for a talented, creative 3D Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, product launches, and entertainment experiences across the Kingdom.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will design innovative 3D concepts for exhibitions, booths, stages, and activations — transforming client ideas into realistic 3D visualizations that are practical, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative 3D concepts for exhibitions, booths, stages, event venues, and experiential activations
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for client proposals
• Design event layouts, stage sets, kiosks, displays, and branding elements
• Prepare detailed production drawings and technical specifications for fabrication teams
• Collaborate with project managers, account managers, and production teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with lighting, audiovisual, and production teams to ensure design feasibility
• Support onsite installation to ensure design execution matches the approved concept

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in event management, exhibitions, or experiential marketing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating event, exhibition, and stage design projects
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD; Blender/Cinema 4D/Lumion a plus
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred
• Fluent English required; Arabic preferred
