At Rosewood Red Sea, the Manager for Events & Gallery leads refined social, private, cultural and event-driven Food and Beverage experiences across the resort’s gallery, event and special function spaces.
About the Role
This opportunity requires a detail-driven operator with experience in luxury events, private dining, VIP functions, high-end banqueting or gallery-style hospitality, with the ability to combine operational precision with warm and personalized service. The successful candidate will ensure that each event or dining moment is prepared with accuracy, delivered with elegance, and aligned with Rosewood’s ultra-luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead assigned event, gallery, and private dining operations in line with Rosewood, Forbes, and LQA standards
Maintain detailed operational preparation for events, including setup, service flow, staffing, guest requirements, and timing
Coordinate closely with Events, Culinary, Beverage, Stewarding, Engineering, and other supporting departments
Review event orders, guest profiles, VIP requirements, dietary needs, and special arrangements before execution
Maintain consistency of service sequence, presentation, ambiance, and guest engagement during events and private dining experiences
Conduct pre-event briefings and operational walkthroughs to ensure complete readiness
Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism, discretion, and immediate follow-up
Maintain control of operating equipment, furniture, linen, collateral, menus, displays, and event presentation standards
Support revenue awareness through premium offerings, upselling opportunities, and careful control of resources
Train and coach associates on event service, private dining etiquette, VIP handling, and attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of Food and Beverage experience, including management experience in luxury hotels, resorts, events, or private dining operations
Strong experience in luxury events, high-end banqueting, private dining, gallery-style service, or VIP hospitality
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed preparation and precise execution
Strong understanding of event orders, service flow, staffing plans, setup standards, and interdepartmental coordination
Ability to manage high-profile guests, private functions, and sensitive service situations with discretion
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on operational style
Commercial awareness with understanding of revenue, cost control, equipment management, and resource planning
Pre-opening or ultra-luxury resort experience is highly preferred
