Fisheye – Executive Search is Hiring: Event & Exhibition Manager in Riyadh

Fisheye – Executive Search is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event & Exhibition Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and corporate events.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality events, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and corporate events from concept to completion
• Develop event plans, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies
• Coordinate venue bookings, event logistics, transportation, accommodation, and supplier management
• Manage booth design, branding, production, installation, and dismantling activities
• Liaise with exhibition organizers, contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely project delivery
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to align event objectives with business goals
• Oversee on-site event operations and ensure a smooth attendee experience
• Monitor event budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Evaluate event performance, prepare post-event reports, and recommend improvements for future events
• Stay up to date with industry trends and identify new opportunities to enhance brand visibility through events and exhibitions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, and event suppliers
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Willingness to travel as required
• Fluency in English; Native Arabic
