Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is opening Dressing & Signage Coordinator jobs in Riyadh to support the delivery of a major international football tournament in Saudi Arabia. The role runs on a fixed contract from September 2026 through February 2027 and sits at the center of the tournament’s branding, signage, and venue dressing operations.

Position Overview

The Dressing & Signage Coordinator will manage the delivery and installation of event dressing, branding, and signage across assigned tournament areas. The role suits professionals with a background in event operations, signage, production, venue operations, exhibitions, activations, or visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery and installation of event dressing, branding, and signage across assigned areas
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met on time and to specification
• Support site inspections, installation schedules, and quality checks
• Monitor signage and branding requirements throughout the event lifecycle
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to dressing and signage
• Maintain accurate trackers, plans, and documentation

Qualifications

• Experience in events, exhibitions, activations, production, venue operations, branding, signage, or visual merchandising
• Strong coordination and organisational skills
• Experience working with multiple suppliers, contractors, or stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based environment
• Previous experience on large-scale events or major sporting events is an advantage
