Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 giga-project for entertainment, sports, and culture, is opening Festival Cultural Program Manager jobs in Riyadh to lead the planning and delivery of its core festival programming. The role sits within one of the Kingdom’s most ambitious entertainment destinations, coordinating over 1,400 performances, events, and cultural activities.
Position Overview
The Manager – Festival Cultural Program will lead execution of a high-volume festival programme across multiple zones and venues, working closely with Commercial, Cultural Ecosystem, and Marketing teams. The role covers programme planning, live delivery, performer management, and real-time operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, produce, and manage a high-volume portfolio of festival programming across multiple zones
Identify, engage, and manage third-party program experts, producers, and cultural partners
Lead execution of all festival programming, including daily operations and real-time schedule adjustments
Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and readiness of performers, artists, and contributors, including international and government-affiliated participants
Monitor programme performance during the festival and adjust in real time
Track attendance, engagement, and programme effectiveness to inform future planning
Qualifications
6-10 years’ experience in large-scale event programming, festival management, or live event delivery
Proven experience delivering large-scale festivals, cultural events, or entertainment programmes
Experience managing multi-day, high-volume events with simultaneous activities
Ability to lead teams and on-ground staff during live events
Experience in major national events or large public festivals is an advantage
