Position Overview: Catering Sales Manager Job in Riyadh

The Catering Sales Manager will lead business development and sales for the restaurant group’s catering arm, promoting international cuisine concepts to corporate clients, embassies, hotels, and event planners while growing revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow catering revenue and market presence
• Promote the restaurant group’s international cuisine concepts to corporate clients, embassies, hotels, and event planners
• Identify and secure new catering business across corporate events, private functions, conferences, and special occasions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Prepare sales proposals and commercial offers, and negotiate contracts with clients
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to generate new business leads
• Monitor sales performance against monthly and annual targets and report progress regularly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within F&B, hospitality, catering, or restaurants
• Strong existing network within the Riyadh market
• Proven track record achieving sales targets and developing new business
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent English, Arabic a strong advantage
• Valid driving license preferred
