The role sits at the intersection of creative concept development, commercial planning, and on-site event execution.

Position Overview: Events Creator Job in AlUla

The Guest Experience & Events Creator will build a continuous calendar of daily activities and signature events for Shaden Resort, moving ideas from concept through commercialization and live execution. The role works across Guest Relations, F&B, Spa, Sales, and Revenue to shape one integrated guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a continuous calendar of daily and weekly guest activities, from sunrise wellness sessions to sunset and evening experiences
• Create new signature event concepts from scratch, rooted in AlUla’s culture, landscape, and heritage
• Build a network of local partners — artists, musicians, cultural experts, and experience providers — to enrich programming
• Evaluate every experience commercially, developing pricing, packages, and upselling opportunities
• Coordinate across Guest Relations, F&B, Spa, Sales, and Revenue teams to create one integrated guest journey
• Own event execution end-to-end, including timelines, supplier coordination, staffing, budgeting, and post-event evaluation
• Monitor guest engagement and feedback to continuously refine the experience calendar

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating and developing guest experiences, activities, events, or entertainment concepts
• Background in a luxury or upscale resort, destination, hospitality, entertainment, or experiential environment
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to build concepts from zero
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how experiences generate revenue
• Strong project management, supplier management, and communication skills
• Excellent English; Arabic and knowledge of AlUla or Saudi tourism are an advantage
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
