Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will drive strategic alignment with client objectives, operational excellence, and commercial success across the full project lifecycle.

Position Overview

This is a senior, client-facing role for an experienced events professional who can own multiple large-scale productions at once. The Senior Project Manager will act as a strategic client partner, direct cross-functional creative, production, digital, and technical teams, and take full P&L ownership of every project, including revenue growth, margin optimisation, and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple high-value, large-scale events
• Act as a senior client partner, shaping briefs and influencing stakeholder decisions
• Drive commercial performance, including P&L ownership and contract negotiations
• Oversee project governance, planning, resourcing, scheduling, and delivery frameworks
• Manage and mentor senior and junior team members
• Direct cross-functional teams and external partners and vendors at scale
• Ensure best-in-class on-site execution, including high-profile and VIP events
• Lead risk assessment, compliance, and contingency planning across all projects

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in experiential events or integrated agency environments
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-million budget projects
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Exceptional client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience working with government and global brands on high-profile events
