Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is recruiting a Parade Operations Coordinator on behalf of a global live entertainment, ceremonies, broadcast, and event management company founded in London in 1997. The client is known for producing some of the world’s most high-profile live events, award shows, ceremonies, concerts, and televised specials, and is now building its on-the-ground team in Riyadh for an upcoming production.

Position Overview

The Parade Operations Coordinator will coordinate operational activities for parades, processions, and live event activations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of all parade-related operations. It’s a hands-on, on-site role covering the full arc of a live production, from rehearsals through to event-day execution, on a fixed contract running from 6 September to 29 October 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate parade schedules, participants, and operational requirements
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Monitor parade setup, rehearsals, and live operations
• Track operational plans, timelines, and action items
• Support crowd flow, logistics, and event-day coordination

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in event operations or live events
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with parades, ceremonies, festivals, or large-scale events is preferred
