Position Overview: Sales Executive Jobs in Jeddah

The Group Conference & Events Sales Executive will handle guest sales inquiries and requests, using proven sales techniques to maximize group, conference, and events revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to the Marriott brand. The role covers reservations processing, Marriott Rewards administration, and day-to-day office support for the Sales & Marketing division.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, and problems related to sales, data administration, and accounting
• Apply sales techniques, including up-selling, to maximize group, conference, and events revenue
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail
• Enter and manage Marriott Rewards information and redeem points for guest loyalty offers
• Support training and motivate junior team members as a role model within the department
• Perform general office duties for the Sales & Marketing team, including filing and correspondence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 2 years of related sales or guest service work experience
• No supervisory experience required
• Strong communication skills and a professional, guest-focused approach
• Ability to multitask across reservations, sales support, and guest service duties
