Position Overview: Account Manager Jobs in Riyadh
Beacon is looking for an experienced Account Manager to own its largest client relationships end-to-end. Once a deal is closed, the Account Manager becomes the client’s primary point of contact, translating their needs into actionable work, keeping projects on track across internal teams, and making sure the delivered experience matches what was promised during the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of new large accounts immediately following contract sign-off and lead a structured handover from the Sales team
Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Liaise between clients and internal teams (marketing, production, operations) to scope, track, and deliver work on time
Translate client requirements into clear briefs and troubleshoot on the client’s behalf to keep projects moving
Run regular status updates, check-ins, and reporting for each account
Track account health, deliverable status, and client satisfaction, and flag recurring issues to leadership
Maintain contractual compliance, ensure sponsorship benefits are delivered as contracted, manage variations, and conduct post-event reviews
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar client-facing delivery role
Experience managing large, high-value, or strategically important accounts
Track record of working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client work
Fluent English and Arabic, spoken and written
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational skills, comfortable juggling multiple accounts and deliverables at once
Commercially minded, with an understanding of what drives account growth and retention
Experience with CRM or project management tools such as HubSpot or Basecamp is a plus
