Position Overview: Business Development Jobs in Riyadh & Jeddah

The Business Development Specialist will lead new business efforts for Beyond X, focused on securing high-value opportunities in events, public activations, and experiential marketing. This full-time, on-site role is based across Jeddah and Riyadh, with two openings in Jeddah and one in Riyadh, reporting directly into the agency’s commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure high-value opportunities in the events, public activations, and experiential marketing sectors
• Build long-term, high-trust relationships with government entities, creative agencies, and corporate clients across the Kingdom
• Leverage industry connections to win major contracts, sponsorships, and large-scale public activations
• Develop standout commercial proposals and deliver high-impact presentations
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through multi-year contracts and event wins
• Monitor market trends, national initiatives, and competitor activity to uncover new commercial opportunities
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade expos across the region

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the events, activations, or experiential marketing sectors
• Strong network across government entities, creative agencies, and corporate clients in Saudi Arabia
• Track record of winning sponsorships, contracts, or large-scale event business
• Excellent proposal-writing and presentation skills
• Comfortable working across Jeddah and Riyadh
