Beyond X is Hiring: Event Client Relations & Sales Specialist (Tamheer Program) in Jeddah

Beyond X, the Jeddah-based growth experience agency connecting strategy, creative, marketing, and events across Saudi Arabia and Egypt, has opened an Event Client Relations & Sales Specialist internship through the Tamheer Program. The role sits within a team spanning experiential marketing, events and activations, exhibitions, and brand environments.

Position Overview

The Event Client Relations & Sales Specialist will help expand Beyond X’s corporate client base by identifying opportunities for corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, and gala dinners, working closely with senior event producers to pitch tailored concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research corporate entities, government organizations, and brands planning upcoming events
• Conduct professional B2B outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to marketing directors, HR heads, and event managers
• Assist in gathering event briefs and drafting initial proposals tailored to client budgets and themes
• Track client interactions, follow-ups, and upcoming event calendars across target industries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or Event Management (Tamheer eligible)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English
• Passion for the events industry, trend awareness, and corporate networking
