Position Overview

The Account Manager will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for a portfolio of active client accounts, developing structured account growth plans and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Develop and execute structured 12-month Account Growth Plans for key clients
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by understanding client needs and upcoming projects
• Conduct regular Strategic Business Reviews to assess client satisfaction and align on future requirements
• Manage contract renewals and flag early signs of account risk
• Maintain accurate CRM records covering client interactions and commercial activity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic B2B sales
• Previous experience in the events, hospitality, or marketing services industry is a strong advantage
• Fluency in both English and Arabic required
• Experience using CRM platforms with strong data accuracy and reporting discipline
