With 20 new projects in development and Vision 2030 driving the Kingdom’s tourism boom, EWAA is now hiring a Halls Coordinator to help run the banquet and event spaces at its Riyadh properties.
Position Overview
The Halls Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for overseeing daily operations and event activity across the hotel’s halls and banquet spaces. The role coordinates bookings, event schedules, and room setups so that every function meets brand standards and guest expectations, working closely with sales, catering, front office, and housekeeping teams to confirm event details, manage logistics, and support smooth guest arrivals and departures.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate hall and banquet space bookings, event schedules, and room setups
Work with sales, catering, front office, and housekeeping teams to confirm event details and logistics
Monitor hall cleanliness and readiness, and supervise setup and breakdown according to event plans
Address guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally
Maintain inventories of event equipment and supplies
Prepare basic reports on hall usage and support continuous improvements in service quality
Qualifications
Experience in event coordination, banquet operations, or hall management within hotels or hospitality venues
Strong organisational and time-management skills for handling multiple events, schedules, and setups
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and guests professionally
Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event requirements
Attention to detail in venue preparation, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards
Proficiency with common office tools and reservation or event-management systems is an advantage
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
At least 1 year of hospitality experience and 1 year of sales experience
