Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of the Accor Group, is hiring an AV Supervisor in the Riyadh region to oversee audiovisual operations and ensure flawless execution of events at the property.

Position Overview

The AV Supervisor is responsible for the technical setup, operation, and maintenance of AV systems, alongside team leadership and event coordination, ensuring seamless audiovisual delivery for every event.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment including sound systems, projectors, video conferencing, and lighting
• Coordinate and execute complex audiovisual setups for diverse events, ensuring seamless operation
• Lead and mentor a team of AV technicians
• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently under pressure
• Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
• Manage equipment, schedules, and event logistics with meticulous attention to detail
• Adapt to changing event requirements in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Strong technical proficiency across a wide range of AV equipment
• Proven ability to coordinate and execute complex event AV setups
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
