Position Overview

The Sales Executive will manage client relationships and sales strategy across corporate and social events, with a particular focus on the wedding segment. The role includes conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new corporate and social event clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners
• Conduct sales presentations and consultations to showcase wedding and event offerings
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Stay current on wedding and event trends and incorporate them into offerings

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel Meetings & Events sales
• Experience working in 5-star international hotel brands preferred
• Hotel industry experience in Corporate & Social events is mandatory
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
