Tahaluf is Hiring: Conference Producer (6-Month Contract) in Riyadh

Tahaluf is the largest B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia by space, attendance, colleagues, and revenue — a joint venture between Informa PLC, SAFCSP, and the Events Investment Fund. Tahaluf is behind record-breaking events including LEAP, Cityscape, Black Hat MEA, and CPHI Middle East.

Position Overview

The team is looking for a Conference Producer with a finger on the pulse of a fast-paced, ever-changing industry — confident engaging expert speakers from around the world and managing the order of show on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-level, relevant industry conference programs
• Liaise with key professionals, institutions, and companies to shape conference content
• Engage recommended speakers and confirm their attendance
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date speaker database
• Provide leads to the sponsorship team and attend sales meetings as appropriate
• Conduct post-show analysis, including job title/attendee analysis
• Liaise with speakers, exhibitors, and delegates on-site to resolve queries and gather feedback

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent
• Minimum two years’ experience in conference production
• Fluent, clear written and spoken English
• Commercial awareness and copywriting skills
• Knowledge of the gaming, esports, or security sectors is a plus
