Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of the Accor family of brands, is hiring an experienced and visionary AV Manager to join its team in Riyadh, overseeing audio-visual operations across the property.

Position Overview
The AV Manager will oversee all audio-visual operations, lead a team of AV professionals, and ensure the seamless execution of AV solutions for corporate events, conferences, presentations, and specialized productions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the audio-visual department, fostering continuous learning and team excellence
• Plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive AV setups for corporate events, conferences, presentations, and specialized productions
• Develop and maintain AV equipment inventory systems, maintenance schedules, and timely upgrades
• Create and manage budgets for AV operations, equipment purchases, and departmental initiatives
• Collaborate with clients, event planners, and cross-functional departments to deliver tailored AV solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize operational disruption
• Stay current with emerging AV technologies and implement solutions that enhance capabilities
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and standards specific to the Riyadh market
• Develop and document standardized operating procedures for all AV operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AV management or a related supervisory role
• Comprehensive knowledge of audio-visual systems and current industry technologies
• Proven expertise in project management and event production coordination
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D highly desirable
• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or corporate events preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
