Position Overview

The GC&E Sales Executive supports the Group, Conference & Events team by coordinating client requests, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role works closely with Operations, Events, and Finance departments to ensure every group, meeting, and event is delivered to Hilton’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the GC&E Sales team
• Handle client inquiries and correspondence in a timely, professional manner
• Prepare proposals, quotations, offer letters, and contracts
• Coordinate group, conference, meeting, and event requirements with relevant hotel departments
• Follow up on proposals and pending business opportunities to support conversion
• Assist with site inspections, client meetings, and event-related arrangements

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills, including MS Office proficiency and contract preparation
