Position Overview
The Creative Director is a senior leader who defines the agency’s creative philosophy and sets the creative direction for all projects in Saudi Arabia, overseeing cross-functional teams and high-profile client engagements while driving innovation and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Establish the agency’s overall creative vision, setting the standard for innovation, quality, and brand differentiation
Lead high-level concept development with a focus on experiential, culturally grounded, insight-led solutions
Oversee multiple creative teams, guiding their growth and creative execution capabilities
Partner with the strategy team to align creative concepts with brand insights and business objectives
Collaborate with the account team to refine creative approaches and ensure client satisfaction
Work with production teams to validate the feasibility of creative ideas
Take ownership of high-stakes pitches and client engagements
Represent the agency at industry events, thought leadership forums, and client meetings
Qualifications
10–12 years’ experience within creative agencies, experiential marketing, or related fields
Proven experience working within the Saudi Arabia market, with strong understanding of local client expectations and cultural nuances
Track record delivering large-scale experiential projects, including government or semi-government initiatives
Degree in Design or a related creative discipline (mandatory)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; ability to sketch, lay out, or model concepts in 3D
Fluency in English required; Arabic highly advantageous
