PROVEN, a Saudi recruitment and workforce solutions firm, is opening Sales Executive jobs in Riyadh on behalf of a leading group focused on events and exhibitions management. The role centers on delegate acquisition, lead generation, and sales support across the client’s conference and exhibition portfolio.

Position Overview

The Sales Executive will perform outbound sales activities, generate leads, and manage customer relations to support delegate acquisition targets across multiple conferences and exhibitions. The role also covers event data management, social media updates, and coordination with internal teams on event setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and generate leads against targeted data and sales parameters
• Achieve delegate acquisition targets in both volume and value
• Collaborate with local and regional societies and media partners to expand event reach
• Process and verify registration data for each event with Project Leads
• Maintain and update event social media platforms with promotions and program highlights
• Manage the email and SMS campaign database for conferences and exhibitions
• Maintain weekly reporting on delegate sales progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 1-2 years of telesales experience
• Proficient in lead generation and customer relations
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Strong follow-up, time-management, and CRM skills
